I'm talking about my DD friends.
If I'm ever feeling blue and at odds with the world, all I'll have to do is go back to my diaries and read the comments left by my friends. You've all been so positively kind, supportive, understanding, funny, caring, gracious, and I love you all.
Some of you are also IM friends, and I can't count the number of hours I've spent "chatting" with various of you. I feel like a world traveller when I count the number of countries you all inhabit, along with several states right in the US of A.
Oregon, California, Arizona, Indiana, Illinois, Texas (hmmm, nobody from my home state of Idaho), Florida, Hawaii, and a couple who haven't identified their location.
Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, England, Ireland, Canada, Hong Kong (but I haven't heard from her in a while).
See what I mean: world traveller.
Sometimes I get an email instead of a comment to my diary, and that starts a cyberspace conversation. I love it! And when you talk about your own country or neighborhood, or some of the customs of your country (those of you who don't live in the US, that is), I get a feeling of knowing you even better.
If I should ever become a shut-in (G-d forbid!), I still have the world through my DD friends.
So, thank you my DD friends for being there.
Shalom v'ahavah (peace and love) to all of you.
