No Vicodin today, but handfuls of Tylenol got me through. Expected to be on the road and couldn't take a chance on the narcotic and safety.

Can turn my head to the left partway without too much pain. The shoulder still aches, but at least I can sit here and type awhile.

Went to a friend who is a Certified Massage Therapist yesterday, and boyohboy! what a workover she gave me. Couple of sore spots on the back where she pummeled me. And she found a lot of places that I didn't know I hurt until she did her probing. If this is nothing more than a "strained muscle," then I hope I never really get hurt.

Was in the car quite a bit today with only some minor twinges, but now I'm tired. I'm going to read some mail, but probably won't make any comments on the diaries. There are over 200 messsages waiting for me, several of which, I'm sure, will be deleted out of hand.

Thank y'all for your messages of concern. I'll live. Painfully for a couple more days, maybe, but I'll live.
