History has been made today.  A Black man, Negro, AfricanAmerica, a person of color, however you describe him,  has won the Presidency of the United States of America. I didn't believe it would happen in my lifetime.

I hope he will work with people, men and women, who have more years and more experience than he. I hope he will listen to the people who elected him.  I hope he'll find a way to bring out troops home, honorably, and not leave a country in shambles. I hope he can find a way turn the economy around. I hope we're away from the personality who thinks he's right all the time. Who thinks he has the Deity's ear.
