I hope my order for new ostomy supplies comes quickly. I'm having a terrible time with leaks, and I'm running out of shields and pouches.

Try as I may, I can't seem to get a neat fit, but even so, the paste should prevent the leaks. I took extra care in applying the paste this time, and even used a fingercot to smooth the paste evenly. Hard to do with a bare finger, cuz the paste tends to stick to the skin. But that's what it's supposed to do. Heh.

Well, we'll see if this application lasts more than a day.

    It is great the girls have such confidence! That will help them a lot in life.

    I love Willy Wonka too. My big sis used to live in Winnetka, before she moved to the LA area. Her husband worked for Quaker at that time, which made the Willy Wonka candy bars. Anyway, we went to the premier Chicago area showing of the movie (private) and to a party afterwards at one of the producer's homes. I was quite young at the time and didn't get the significance of it. That year, I got a huge box of candy bars from them for Christmas.

    I will always love that original movie better than the remake, even though I am a Johnny Depp fan. Nobody does it better than Gene Wilder.

    I hope your Ostomy supplies come quickly too. That's terribly frustrating. Hard to feel comfortable with the leaks. What is the word on the surgery to have it reversed?

    You are right, I'm up late. More anxious about things than usual, my patience is wearing thin. The thing I need is a good night's sleep but what I want to do is play around on the computer. I'm off to work on my virtual online farm in Farm Town.

    I know! I've thought about you a lot and how you could use the help, and I could use the companionship! But that's WAY too far from Erin, and yes it does get mighty cold around here! lol But I've often wished we were close enough so I could help out.
