Good News Bad News

Snow in the mountains.  Knee deep to a tall reporter.  Snow bunnies are already flocking to the scene.  Took three hours to get from one city to the snow, a trip that usually takes 45 minutes. Snow chains, and all those goodies.

Got to see my baby today.  Finally stopped coughing long enough to venture a visit.  Met maternal grandmother.  I see where the red hair came from.  She is such a beauty. And she has a real honest-to-goodness nose, not a little blob in the middle of her face.  Grandma has that gorgeous thick auburn hair, what I always wished for but had too much brown.  I see where Tracey gets her looks, and probably where Deirdre is getting hers, at least the coloring.

My doctor is retiring.    I'm devastated.  I don't want to get acquainted with another doctor at my age.  I got one all nicely trained, and I gotta go through that again?!  NOOOOO!!!

And I don't want to travel 20 miles to get acquainted with another doctor, when I can do the same thing in my neighborhood.  Need to get some names from Secure Horizons. With all my problems, can't afford to be without a medico waiting for my next appointment.

Bless

I'll be using those little crybaby faces too when my dentist retires. I'm tearing up just thinking about it....

Hope you find a cracker jack doctor and fast!

AH that is a treasure for Grandma Great, I sure understand the pain in trusting a wore tired body to a new Doc that wants to do a total make over that is not in the books. Have a great Holiday and may peace be be with all of yours.

We are in the middle of a big snow storm here, what they are calling the preview of things to come.. Supposed to get heavy snow the next 2 days and again on Christmas .
I am glad you got to see baby D.. what a lovely time..

Oh Chaya.. I remember when my favorite doctor moved into a different area and dropped all his patients/clients.. I was so devastated and worried .. I mean, total panic.. I was a mess.. But, I did find a good doctor.. Though he isn't as good as Dr.Jepson, nor as close..
I hope you can find one closer to you than 20 miles.. You should be able to get one at the nearest facility???
Good luck .. Honestly.. I hope you get a wonderful doctor to take over your care.

    !!!!

DD had taken another of it's notorious dumps.. Took 5 minutes to load the page and another 5 to wait to leave a comment.. and once I push add my comment button.. who knows if it will even post!!

You'll have to post a photo of your beautiful new great-grandbaby :)
I hope you will be safe in this weather, I watch it from here and I'm not sure if I prefer the tropical heat or all that snow and wind and ice!
    Blessings.

I hate finding a new doctor, too. I didn't have much choice when I moved here, because there is only one in town! Oh I could have gone over the hill, but that seemed silly. I really lucked out. I love my new doctor. He is far better than the one I left. Maybe that will happen to you, too.
Glad you finally got to see the baby.
    Hugs, Tiggs
