Yes, it was hot today. However, it's been hotter, but for some reason it really hit me today!  I was walking home from synagogue today, and the heat just sapped my strength. It was a struggle getting home, and it's not more than a long block. I did have to walk in the sun partway, but even in the shade it was bad. According to my on-screen weather report, it was 100 degrees, and it's been a few degrees hotter than that for several days this summer.

I dunno.  Maybe it's just because the Vancouver weather is so much cooler. And I want so much to be there.  Another summer in Sacramento is going to do me in!

I'm tired, and I'd like to go to bed, but my bedroom is still a little too warm. Oh! what I'd give for central air!!!
