Marian is back in the hospital. The surgical wound is not healing, and her doctor wants to speak with a plastic surgeon about some kind of cover that would help the wound to heal. I'm thinking artificial skin.
Also, several years ago she had hip replacement surgery on her right hip. Now she's having pain in the muscles of that leg.
Her doctor had a long telephone conversation with Trish, Marian's RN daughter. Doctor remembers Trish, as any doctor would who has had any kind of interaction with her. Trish is no nonsense from the get-go, and when she was nursing in Tucson, doctors listened to her, and consulted with her. So whatever went on with Trish RN and doctor MD, you can be sure that Trish RN brooks no evasions, and the doctor MD will implement any suggestions from Trish RN. 
She's feeling down about being away from home again. But I pointed out a positive: the hospital food is good!
So please keep the prayers coming. This is my little sister we're talking about, and I am not happy about what's happening to her! And I imagine that Shadow the cat is having separation anxiety again.
