Another spring-like day. I saw one sign that said it was 65o. This evening some clouds were beginning to gather, and possibility of rain is predicted. I can hardly wait for the real Spring to arrive. Trees are in bloom already.
I had lunch with a long-time friend. We went to The Old Spaghetti Factory. Some of you may know it. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. We sat for almost an hour and half eating and talking. She has a son who is moving his family to Israel. She isn't planning to visit very soon, or very often.
And now I'm very tired, and there's nothing much more to write about. Oh, yes--I have some pictures of Deirdre that I will try to post here.
Goodnight.

- From:ImNotLisa (Legacy)On:Tue Feb 19 2008Yay! I'm glad you had a nice day!
- From:Mamallama (Legacy)On:Tue Feb 19 2008Spring like here, too, and predicting rain/snow for later in week.
I'm hoping for rain and NO snow.
Hugs, Tiggs - From:Parett (Legacy)On:Wed Feb 20 2008A patient was talking of pain relief at the office today and said he used WD 40 and that it works 99.9% of the time, BUT.....I bet you can't use it. It was recommended by his MD. I think it's the same solvent used in DMSO (DSMO?). Thought I'd better mention it just in case.
God Bless.....Parett
PS....I haven't been to the Spaghetti factory in years. - From:Welshamethyst (Legacy)On:Thu Feb 21 2008A beautiful day AND lunch with a friend???? That sounds simply perfect!
Hugs - From:Camomille (Legacy)On:Thu Feb 21 2008I'm so glad it's nice there! Here . . . very cold and a lot of snow. I was reading your last entry . . . you sound as though you are getting healthier! However, I am sorry you will continue to have to deal with the chronic pain. It does have a dampening effect on one's day to day living. I wanted to stop for a quick visit as I have not been around much at all . . . but I am off to take a very long hot shower and then attempt to get settled in to this new place. There are still things in boxes that I must find . . . and unfortunately I can't remember what I put where. I will feel much better when everything has a 'home'.
:-)
Love and peace,
