I soloed-
I did, indeed, solo today.
After Joan brought me back from the Dr's office, I asked her to sit in the passenger side of my car while I drove around the neighborhood. I needed a second opinion on my readiness to drive again. She gave me the OK.
A while later I went to the AT&T store -- by my own self -- and ordered one of those gizmos you attach to your cell phone so you talk hands-free. Didn't have the proper model in the store, so they're mailing one directly to my mailbox. Promised to be here Thursday.
Then I can do stuff here on the 'puter and talk at the same time. And talk and drive, too.
Aahh! these modern times!
