Megan wants to move to Vancouver OREGON, not Washington.  And she'll be working in PORTLAND not Seattle.  I got two different conversations mixed up.  Is that cleared up now, Alli?

Today was the last day of Passover, and I'm ready for bread, and rice, and macaroni, and peas, and barley.  I'm planning on salmon for dinner tomorrow, and thought I'd have a side of mac'n'cheese.  But I think it'll be escalloped potatoes instead.  I'll have all my chametz back by Sunday, because with the price of gas, I don't want to make two trips.  I'll reclaim my foodstuffs and utensils on Sunday when I take Rena home.

But now I'm beyond sleepy, so I bid you goodnight.

    I watched Charleton Heston in 'The Ten Commandments' when it was on TV last Saturday night. I know there is a new TV version, but I really love this one. I wasn't raised reading the Bible and I love seeing it come to life. They did a heck of a job for their time in making some of the scenes realistic with the technology they had.

    At any rate - enjoy those potatoes!

    Sorry about the need to file a Correction #2 Vancouver is in Washington but only by a swim across the Columbia River.Both Cities are very beautifull. and having been to Portland and Vancouver many times , I would prefer to live in Vancouver Washington. Traffic in Portland is really bad and hard to learn your way around.

    you probably looked at it at night time (as it's a real time webcam, some time of that real would be pitch dark, of course) try later at your time - it'll be our morning. On the camera screen itself there are two "big" numbers: first one is the date, the second one - local time - you can check if it's day or night here :-) Happy swanwatching ;-)

    Thanks for the advice on the wig. It's worth taking the time and doing it right. From what I understand, if you have a good real hair wig no one will even know you have one on.

    Yes, you are right about the personality of my boss. He is the type to take things out on people and turn on them. It's time for me to fly. I don't want a management position though, I really just want a plain old job for awhile. Finances finally allow that for me. Reprieve.

    Admittedly, I'm a caffeine whimp. My caffeine has to be cold and carbonated (usually diet dr. pepper) or an espresso with a ton of milk, chocolate and sugary flavor in it, usually a mocha-mint.
