North wind pretty chilly, but the sky was clear. Except for all the con-trails up there.  Good example of how the wind blows in a circle.  Down here it was from the north. Up there, the way the con-trails were being blown and dissipated, the wind was from the west.  Interesting to watch.

Calichef was in the area for a doctor's appointment. I drove her to UC Davis Medical Center, and picked her up when her appointment was over.  We came back to my place and chatted awhile, and the cats got reaquanted with her, then went to Fresh Choice for dinner. The time before when we were there (with her son, too), I found a long black hair in my salad. Yuck. The manager gave us two free tickets to dine on them. No expiration date. But there were three of us.  How come just two tickets. Oh, well, I'm not going to argue over a free meal.  We enjoyed people watching, too.

I tried to talk Cali into staying a bit longer, but she insisted she had to get home to watch a program that comes on at 11:00 at her place (10:00 at my place).  Before she left, though, she loaded Gryffan's computer monitor on my walker, and I returned it to him.  After I had reminded him 2-3 times to move it.  *sigh*  Kids!!

We're going to do it again in a couple weeks, without the intervening doctor's appointment.

I have a doctor's appointment early tomorrow, and my eyelids are drooping. So I guess this is goodnight.
