I hope today isn't a preview of what's to come.  Eighty-nine degrees predicted for today.  I'm pretty sure it made that and more!!  Yesterday was 88^o, and I didn't even pull a sheet up all night until maybe 5:00am.

Tomorrow cooler, and the next two even cooler (thank you!).  Normal temps for 27 April are 77^o high and 51^o low.  Last week we were ten degrees below normal, then ten degrees above normal.  This up and down has me thoroughly confused.  I don't know whether to get out the bathing suit or the sweats.

Caitlin keeps begging me to tell her the pool is open for swimming.  I keep telling her next month, which is only a few days away, now I think about it.  Actually, I'm thinking June.  Sure would like to see the poolside furniture put out again.  Even if the water is too cold for swimming, it's still nice to sit poolside and chat with friends.  It's a friendly gathering place.

I can't think what I have to write about today, except that it was hot, and I've done that.  So, goodnight.
