Whew! Hot today!

I hope today isn't a preview of what's to come.  Eighty-nine degrees predicted for today.  I'm pretty sure it made that and more!!  Yesterday was 88o, and I didn't even pull a sheet up all night until maybe 5:00am.

Tomorrow cooler, and the next two even cooler (thank you!).  Normal temps for 27 April are 77o high and 51o low.  Last week we were ten degrees below normal, then ten degrees above normal.  This up and down has me thoroughly confused.  I don't know whether to get out the bathing suit or the sweats.

Caitlin keeps begging me to tell her the pool is open for swimming.  I keep telling her next month, which is only a few days away, now I think about it.  Actually, I'm thinking June.  Sure would like to see the poolside furniture put out again.  Even if the water is too cold for swimming, it's still nice to sit poolside and chat with friends.  It's a friendly gathering place.

I can't think what I have to write about today, except that it was hot, and I've done that.  So, goodnight.

    It was 80 here in the valley but 91 over the hill. TOOOOOO hot for me. I don't know how you do Sacramento. I'm very glad it's supposed to cool off for awhile.

    Yes 89 is a tad hot for april, I just checked and it is 40 with fog and will be 74 Hi today
    The weather is sure strange all over the country.

    Me...give me the warm weather! That's why I moved here, I was tired of the foggy summers and cool temps. I'm so ready for summer!

    I did print the blurry ones, those are me on the last entry. Did you not see them or didn't you think they are me? I took them this weekend.

    I can only get mouse reach away from the web cam to photo myself. I asked Erin to bring her digital camera over to take some pics next time she comes. My digital camera is not working so I can't take my usual self portrait in the bathroom mirror. I have my eye on a camera but it's going to be a bit before I get it. I want a good one and they start around two hundred bucks. So . . . a better picture within a couple of weeks for sure - she is here next weekend again. I kinda like them blurry though. . . .hehehehehe. There was a cheapy $19.99 digital camera I might get to tide me over until I can afford a good one. At least I can take some pics of my garden as I get it started then.

    We also broke all kinds of HOT records the last 2 days of April.. were the Hottest days in April in recorded history of Utah.. and it was all over the state.. in the southern end it got to almost 100 and up north where I am it was 89!!! that is unheard of..
    we need some rain though.. since the winter they say didn't give us enough water..
    it is always something isn't it.. You are lucky to have a pool.. I'd sure love one.. My friend just down the block has one I can use.. and my sisters new condo also has a nice pool

    It won't be long now until summer is here and the pool furniture is out. Isn't it nice to have a place to meet friends and visit?
