The big blow wasn't. We got about a half-inch of rain. No trees blown down. No widespread outages. No flooding. No big wind. Just a winter storm in the Valley.
It turned out to be a nice day today. Windows open. Banshee taking the warm sun in the front window. Missy sacked out on my bed. Sunshine predicted for the week with temperatures in the mid-60s to low-70s. I can live with that in the end of February.
On the ENT front, also much ado. Had an audiology test before seeing the doctor. After all that, he said it was probably a scratch in the entry to the ear canal, but that was a lot of blood for a mere scratch. There is some tenderness there, but a scratch?! He prescribed an ointment that Secure Horizons doesn't have on the formulary, so I'm going to stick with the neosporin. Then when there's no tenderness, I'll try the hearing aids again. My hearing aid consultant suggested neosporin as a usual lubricant when I'm using the aids. I suppose I should give it a try?
I may think of something else later on and update this, but for now--that's my day.
Bless
