Nothing much going on here. Missy continues to want O U T. I continue to keep the spray bottle handy. She really got wet yesterday!!
Yesterday (Saturday) I celebrated my Hebrew birthdate (lunar calendar). Next Friday will be my secular (solar calendar) birthdate. Asked to speak a couple words by the Rabbi, all I had to say was....
Q: Do you have any words of wisdom about living the healthy and long life?
A: About healthy, you're on your own there. About long, I have three points.
1) Wake up every morning.
2) Stay awake the rest of the day.
3) Repeat.
Bless the day.

Very much same as my grandson back from Iraq , Any day you wake up is a good day. - From:Welshamethyst (Legacy)On:Mon Jun 25 2007For some reason I'm not getting your notifies. Not sure why.
RYC: It's a Chevy Tracker. In 1989 I looked at one ( they were the Geo Tracker back then and were made my GMC and Suzuki in a joint effort) but they were top heavy and tended to tip on curves. I declined to buy one at that point so I bought a Chevy Baretta. What a high-priced piece of shit that car was *sigh*.
So, here I am, years later, buying the third generation and I am very happy with it. In tests it out performed the Honda CRV and the Toyota Rav4.
Good enough for me - From:Mamallama (Legacy)On:Mon Jun 25 2007I am so sorry to hear of your loss.

Ani - From:CovertOps (Legacy)On:Mon Jun 25 2007Rest In Peace, dear Mr. Knox. I feel as though I know you already from your Big Sister Vivian's very touching entry.
Chaya, my thoughts and prayers are with your family. Your cousin Graham was a good man who worked the soil without destroying our good Earth.
I do remember your birthday. It's on the 29th of June. I just didn't have the time to send you anything yet this year because of my busy schedule.
Your reply was hilarious! Very good advice indeed. Was the Rabbi taken aback? Did you crack him up?
Missy is a darling. So she has had a spray bath this week. Water acts as a deterrent for Chloe but not for Pixie Bob. When we splash or spray him with water for being a scoundrel and bullying Chloe, he just looks up and smiles. He looks so innocent that until you've lived with him, you wouldn't realize what a caution he is!
Thank you for your kind words in my diary, and for doing the SLiM challenge. I think everyone should attempt the challenge. I shall convey your kind regards to Jake, Chloe and Pixie.
Take care. Lots of Love,
E.L. - From:Welshamethyst (Legacy)On:Mon Jun 25 2007I'm so sorry about Graham.
