This is not for weight watchers.
I baked biscuits tonight. When they were done, I spread a few with butter and honey, followed with a glass of milk. Oh! my! what a treat. Wait a sec while I go fix another one.....
With the dough that would have made another couple biscuits, I made mini-cinnamon rolls. For regular size cinnies, make enough dough for a regular serving of biscuits (say 12 or so bisuits), roll out the dough thinly, and cut strips about 3 inches wide, spread with butter, sprinkle some sugar (be generous), then sprinkle some cinnamon. I like to add raisins, but if you don't like raisins, then don't bother. Roll up the dough with all the goodies in it. Seal the end (a dab of water and a little pressure will do it). Stand on end on a cookie sheet or some other oven-safe pan. Bake 450o 10 to 12 minutes. Don't be in a hurry to move the rolls because the syrup needs to cool.
I'm going to try to leave the rolls until morning and have them for breakfast, but I dunno....I think I hear one calling my name now.

This was supposed to be Toastmasters today, but I just couldn't wake up. I've been somewhat sleepwalking all day. The shower helped some, but not enough to make me safe on the roads.
I think I hear my bed calling, but 1945 hrs (7:45pm to you types who don't do military time) is really too early to go to bed.
Yaaawwwnnn!!!!
Bless
PS: And the cats got along today. They actually slept in the same chair this afternoon. Is there something in the air?
