I came across this as I was cleaning out a box of papers needing to be shredded and recycled.  I won't tell you the date on the e-mail, because it's embarrassing to have to admit how long trash has been accumulating.  I'm on my 6th (I think) bag of papers in various forms for recycling.  That does tell you something, doesn't it?
