I may be able sleep in my bed tomorrow night.
Handyman Dave came by this afternoon with bucket of water and bleach and washed down my walls. But without any of the caveats mentioned by welshamethyst. But the walls are clean. For now.
Dave came without a mask, and with the strength of bleach to water that he was working with, he would have ruined his lungs within minutes. Fortunately, I had a mask. But why his eyes weren't tearing up like crazy in the confines of the closet, I surely don't know. I had windows open to get rid of the bleach fumes, and wore a mask as well. Whew!!
I'll put my clothes back in the closet tomorrow. Change the bed linens, and sleep. Ah sleep. Stretched out. Spraddled across the width of the double wide bed. Aaaaahhhh!!!!
And share the bed with two cats. Do you have any idea what it's like sharing a recliner with two cats?
However, I will be keeping an eagle eye out for any signs of return of the mold.
Tomorrow will be busy. Banshee is going to the vet for his annuals. Then I'm having lunch with a friend. Then I'm putting my bedroom back together. I will be ready for sleep. I may even skip dinner.

Does anybody here know of a Country guitarist who might have recorded "Save the Last Dance for Me"? I think I have a recording of it someplace, but I can't locate it. I know I've heard it before, but I can't remember where if I don't have a recording. Anyway, the melody is haunting me. What I'm hearing is a mellow "country" guitar accompanied softly by a piano, and I think very faintly in the background a bass guitar. Who is the recording artist? What label? Anyone?

Fingerless gloves would be for indoors, not really outdoors so much. Or at least that is how I see it. Plenty of times, particularly at work, my hands are so cold I just want to sit on them to keep them warm. I'm at work though so I can't. Fingerless gloves would allow me to type (work) and still have warm hands. That's the idea, so far as I can tell. I'll let you know if it works. - From:Yetzirah (Legacy)On:Tue Jan 22 2008Good riddance to bad fungus.
