I said I was going to make an effort to write something here every day. So here's today's effort.

I got caught in the rain. When I left I had to wipe the windshield clear of past rain, but it wasn't currently raining. By the time I got home it was pouring with a vengeance, and the wind was blowing.

I was in a hurry to get into the house, so I gathered everything in one hand so I could use my cane with the free hand.  Two plastic bags of groceries. My purse.  My water cup. Got the hood of my coat up over my head, buttoned the top button, loaded up my left hand and got out of the car as quickly as I could.  When I got in the house and set everything down, I reached into my purse for something and came up with a handful of 

Water.

Somehow I had dumped the contents of my cup into my purse. Talent?  When it comes to inadvertence, I'm full of it.

It's a good thing I stocked up on the chocolate when I went shopping.

Chest congestion continues. I have a doctor's appointment Thursday afternoon.  I need a new albuterol inhaler, and I need more albuterol inhalation solution for the nebulizer.  I have a bunch of it, but it expired November 2006. Not very effective. Going to try to see if the pharmacist will take it back and give me some kind of credit toward a new supply. I can't figure why my former doctor order so many vials (25 to a box, and a dozen boxes and 11 refills). Asthma and bronchitis don't occur often enough to use that much in a year.  Well, anyway....

I have the nebulizer going 24/7, and I spend a lot of time in the bedroom.  Which where I'm about to go now.
