"Storm" update
Wed Oct 11 2006

Front page of the Metro section of The Bee shows a picture of two children on swings in a local park, and another picture of a man brushing snow off his car in South Lake Tahoe.  Quote from the same section:

"Three distinct weather scenarios played out over the Sacramento area Tuesday, as a dusting of snow capped the Sierra, wind and rain swept through the foothils and 75 degrees and sunshine warmed the Sacramento Valley, according to the National Weather Service.

"Forecaster Steve Goldstein said a chilly storm from Nevada backed into California, dropping about an inch of snow above 6,500 feet."

Yetzirah reported enough rain to wet the sidewalks in her neighborhood.  Here?  Nary a drop.

Shalom

    Interesting weather!

RYC: You mean I'm not an orphan? I'd try adopted, but I inherited the genetics - big time - no denying the family resemblance.
