Honest I did.

Really.

I went back three times before I put it in my shopping cart.

I bought a ten pound block of Ghirardelli's milk chocolate.

    The board on Friday ended up with us just getting "our wrists slapped" and a warning to impress upon #3 the seriousness of what he said, and never to do it again.

    Hubby and I breathed a huge sigh of relief, then stopped for alcohol on the way home and wound down with chocolate milkshakes that were heavily laced with rum. We honestly don't drink much, but thought we could use the additional boost towards finally relaxing after the week from hell!

    Now THAT is a splurge definitely well worth it. Ohhhhhh I remember being in Ghirardelli square and sniffing endlessly . . . and you had better believe I did not leave empty handed.

    So glad you are able to indulge in something so intrinsicially essentional to physical and mental well-being, there should be not guilt involved!

    Thanks for the info on good reading material. I will check out the local libraries and see if they are available to start. I am really looking forward to reading up and learning!
