So Weary
Mon Mar 01 2004

More kvetching. Please don't anyone answer. I just need to get this off my chest. (No pun intended)

I'm tired of being sick. I'm sick of being tired. I'm hooked up to that machine every four hours (nebulized albuterol), and I still can't breathe properly. I'm taking antibiotics, antihistamines, prednisone, and albuterol rescue inhaler, and I still can't get a full breath. I can get 1000 ml of inspired volume when I should be getting at a minimum 2000.

Oh, yeah, and multivitamins too.

I almost forgot. There's Advair twice a day.

I'm a walking pharmacy.

I didn't go to shul on Saturday because I could hardly walk from the living room to the kitchen.

OK, that's the kvetch for the day. G'night.

Don't feel too awfully bad about missing shul this week. The Torah Parsha was (I swear) THE MOST BORING parsha in the entire year. No, I didn't go listen, but I read it every week, just the same. I swear if I had read about another single cubit I would have screamed. Next week we get to hear how Aaron's son's priestly garments are to be made, just a little less of a snore-fest, thankfully.
Sorry I commented against orders, but I didn't say anything about health.
    Love,
    Cali
P.S. My trip to SD may be delayed slightly. I don't know for sure. But I'll let you know.
