Thanks to Yetzirah, I got the music I was asking about.  Should have thought of Google myself.  Don't know why I didn't.  I've certainly used it often enough.  Brain lapse, I guess.

Oh, yes, the evening.  Not much on TV this evening, but at 9:00pm I tuned in to PBS.  An hour and a half of Strauss music, played by the Vienna Philharmonic, led by Zubin Mehta.  What a combination!!  And to top it all off....BALLET !   I do dearly love ballet.

Where Strauss and waltz are concerned The Blue Danube is somewhat of a cliche.  But not when performed with dancers, with the ballerinas in the most gorgeous, frothy gowns.  Ahhhhh!!!

Well, I'm off to bed, and will be dancing in my dreams all night.  Ahhhhh!!!
