I forgot to take my camera today. So I guess I'm going to have to go around my neighborhood until I find a colorful spot. And paint plein air.

Trouble with that--eveyone's a critic. Somebody stops by and says "I don't think that's the right shade of red. Shouldn't that over there be more yellow?"

Ah, well, I'll give it try. Just gotta get some of this gorgeous color on canvas.

    RYC: Yes, I have decided to register with the firm that granted me the interview. Since it obviously values its people, I will value its offer too.
    I wish you could scan your photos and paintings and post them online. They sound splendid to me.

    I assume that you paint for your pleasure so what ever color or shade that you feel represents what you see is the color you should use. Pay no attention to the kibitzers and paint what you see.
