Tracey went to the hospital last night about 11:00.  She's dilated, but not much.  She had some pretty good contractions, but Deirdra doesn't seem to be in much of a hurry.

Blood work, etc. done last night.  Everything OK there.  But... she has gestational hypertension, so she got whapped with some stuff to calm her, and it did to the point that she was talking and acting drunk.  And not liking it one small bit. 

I stayed at the hospital until about 01:30, decided the baby wasn't going to make an immediate appearance, and I was almost sleepwalking.

Gryffan called me at 06:45.  Not much change, but he was starving.  Seems the hospital will feed the mother in waiting, but the father in waiting is on his own.  He asked me to go by McDonald's and bring him something.  He'll have to wait until I get Caitlin to school, then I'll rush over and bring sustenance to the poor starving boy.  And a little cash so he can go to the cafeteria later.

That's it for now.  Tracey is wishing that things would move along a little faster.  She's tired, dopey, and not doing too much in the maternity way.
