What was I thinking??? It was/is LANA not Zara who is trying to figure out why my links aren't working. Credit needs to be given where credit is due. I have yet another email form LANA with more suggestions. Maybe I'll get to the bottom of all this. What I can't understand, though, is that this is a brand-new hard drive. The technician installed Microsoft and attendant programs.
Maybe I need to go back to the computer store and ask for help if Lana's latest suggestions don't take care of the problem.
