Now I have to clean up after Pesach. Have to admit, though, I did a slapdash job this year of cleaning before Pesach.
A strange thing happened. Every year before this one, I've enjoyed matzah. This year, from Day 1, I kept thinking about real, honest-to-goodness bread. Matzah leaves something to be desired in the sandwich department.
Ma Nature is so thoroughly undependable this year. Yesterday and a couple days before, it was beautiful Spring Weather. In fact, it was getting a little warmer than I really like. I had fans going all over the place. Today has cooled off, and the next few days will be in the 70s instead of 80s. In July, I'll be fervently wishing for 80, while realizing that 70 is totally not going to happen, except maybe for low temp.
Some people are never satisfied.
The boys (cats) seem to be getting along by mostly ignoring each other. The girls, however, are another matter entirely! They might start out playing pounce and chase, but I guarantee you, it will end in snarls and slaps. No blood so far, and no patches of fur lying around. Both cats have been the alpha in their respective homes, and the decision as to who is alpha in the "blended" family is yet to be decided. I'm not taking any bets. It's still a toss-up.
I injured myself last week. Bruised a rib, maybe, but whatever, I hurt, and of course, I got a coughing spell that nearly made me pass out from the pain. I couldn't lie down on my favored right side, and even had trouble on my back. Did a night sitting up in the recliner, then a couple nights propped up in bed. Last night I was able to sleep on my right side.
But it still hurts when I cough.
Things are going well in OK City. Tracey is enjoying her classes. I haven't talked to Gryffan for a few days, but I'm sure that he's thoroughly enjoying his daughter!
I have an appointment this afternoon with my doctor to hear about the findings of the CT scan. I'll be surprised if the scan shows anything out of the ordinary. If there's anything gang agley with me, it's the blood pressure med. The other time when I took it, my b/p hit such a low, my then doctor took me off it. I'm still in the process of educating my new doctor. I hope this breaking in period is not indicative of our future relationship.
Catchya later.
Bless

Please be careful.. sleeping sitting up is not good for your blood pressure either.. My mom's feet swelled up horribly when she couldn't lay down.. She now has the torn rotator cuff and also 3 cracked ribs from her fall after the MRI.. due to the drugs they gave her for that!!!
You can't hurt yourself any more!!!
I hope you have a good Passover!!
I'm not close enough to come and take care of you!
I hope you had a nice Passover despite the lack of bread. :o)
Let us know what the CT outcome is.

I will keep you in my prayers for good health.
You went with me to Auntie Jewel's funeral today, a smile in my heart. Yes! Come live with me--we'd have such fun!
