i asked a tough question. i asked if i was asking too much keeping her going. he said no, that her quality of life was still good. she is eating, drinking, jumps up on the bed, grooms herself, uses the litter pan appropriately and even takes swipes at Vincenzo when he annoys her. she is breathing a lot better but she wasn't breathing that bad to begin with, only short episodes of increased respiratory rate and effort. tapping that fluid really made a difference. her breathing got so much better. the plavix? holy, it was expensive!!!!!! i got it though, because i had to. she needs it. nothing more to discuss about it.
she's my girl.

Mom laughed hysterically when i told her orangegirl was on Plavix. she was placed on plavix as well, after her stroke. i told her i may have to steal her plavix when they wean her off...

i feel like i'm waiting for the other shoe to drop when it comes to my Mom and my orangegirl. both are doing well, but they are very very sick.
