i'm off to the gym...to sweat my butt off and work on my abs...later this coming week i have an appointment with one of the trainers to set up an exercise plan for when my schedule goes nutsy and to also talk about nutrition.
it's rough getting up at 5am and working all day then going to the gym and getting home at 7:30pm. but exercise is important to me, even if it's walking to the bustop. it's kept my weight in check. the weight training keeps my muscles toned and the stretches keep me flexible and injury free (for the most part). all the upper body work with weights (both free and circuit) have helped that pinched nerve to gradually go away. the key was working on my upper back muscles, triceps and deltoids, in addition to the biceps. i'm also very aware of how i sit at my desk at work or at home. posture is everything...
so, i'm off to do my body good...
i need to add more diaries to my menu, i think i'm going to put a drop box in my header as soon as i figure out how to do it...
