England! yeah. NY didn't make the cut with a bid to host the 2012 Olympics but England won.

I'll admit to being more than a little surprised. Paris has the infrastructure to support an Olympics (mass transit, hotels, a very strong and already in place tourist support system). London is going to have to do some massive and very expensive overhauls to be prepared in time.
