my cold has gotten worse.
my leg pain has gotten worse.

    Not that it's any help, but a pinched nerve in my neck affects my right arm in exactly that way. Twice now it seems to have sapped all the strength out of it seemingly overnight, and then I've spent months in rehab trying to get the strength back. It's infuriating.
