i'm stuffed and sleepy. and that damned grapefruit is still in my lunch bag...it's been there since tuesday. how lazy can i get?

first the door is off, now the door is going back on without a lock. lots of whining about packages and pizza deliveries... and the landlord decided NOT to put a lock on the front door. homeless man wins. i have to wonder if the security alert we received here at work regarding someone in the parking lot approaching people and asking for money has anything to do with this guy...
at this point, i'm done caring...seems around here all caring gets you is a kick in the teeth, dirty looks, and little plastic butter knives in your back.

the dryer has been out of commission for about 2 weeks. i broke down out of frustration and bought one of those oldlady carriages (with the wheels) and head south to the laundromat at the corner. i have to laugh...what a sight...wheeling that fully loaded baby through snow and ice. you do what you have to do and roll on...

needless to say, i'm apartment shopping.

i could deal with a new situation. a point with a different view, a scene that's not like here or there, but something in between. where buttons and levers do what they say and don't break off in your hand, where there is no wall of funk you have to climb to get to all of your mail.
