Fri Feb 18 2005 - a good guy.
a good guy.
okay. yes, i had written earlier that my instructor was handsome...and he's married with a teenaged daughter. we really hit it off, he's in my age group. i'm going to miss talking with him. it was refreshing to have meaningful conversations with a guy without any expectations. i was free to be myself. and it was cool that he seemed to appreciate who i was. i felt totally comfortable with him and quite frankly, he has redeemed "men" in my eyes.

i wished him well yesterday, and told him to take care of himself. as a small token of my appreciation, because he was a superb! instructor, i handed him a first aid for pets guide and the Garden State soundtrack cd (on sale for $10 at Tower Records). i remember we spoke about the movie and he hadn't seen it but wanted to. i'm sure he'd appreciate the music..the soundtrack won a Grammy...need i say more?! it's the kind of compilation a boyfriend would make for his girl. mellow and very soothing.

But, but, but ... you left "Monk" off your list of shows! I'm sure it was just an oversight, though.
