i can't wait for this flick to hit the theatres. title: Super Size Me...a documentary about a healthy man that eats nothing but mcdonalds 3 times a day for one month. he's got to have everything on the menu at least once. docs monitor the deterioration of his health.

Was he allowed to exercise? I'm assuming that he could order salads throughout the period and only order any of the other stuff once that month. Did he have to finish everything, or could he pick the hamburger out of the bun and have a lettuce and tomato sandwich? And what fool would volunteer to do this to himself anyhow?

i'll let you know if/when i see the documentary. i do think that one of his points was to see what a diet like that does to you considering the majority of people lead a pretty sedentary life.
