was spent in the dentist's chair, replacing a filling that decided to hitch a ride with a nips candy over 2 weeks ago. ;-)
next: appt. to check this numbness...
i wish i could play hookey from life for a while. spent the entire weekend in my jammies, with a blankie, and the kitties. watched Cider House Rules, a wonderful movie. john irving is awesome. i loved the book. tonight i'll watch Philadelphia Story, an absolute classic! and then The Apostle, i heard Robert Duvall is brilliant.
i'm enjoying this time off from classes even though i still have to work. this past weekend was so relaxing. i have to remember to leave this job here, instead of sometimes taking it home with me. my vision is larger than this job. there is so much more out there that is important.

Dentists are evil. I'm lucky I don't have any problems, because I'm sure I'd refuse to go to one. The last time I went was when I was about 6, and never had to go again because I kicked the dentist for suggesting pulling one of my teeth (Which came out marvelously on it's own, thankyouverymuch...hehe) Sounds like a great weekend. That's how mine was too. It's nice to be able to lay back and take things easy once in a while.

ya know, vigilante? this dentist is so nice and gentle, i almost always want to sleep through the entire procedure. it's so relaxing!

Nips are sooo bad for your teeth. But they taste soooo good. Anyway, sounds like you should treat yourself to a milkshake. Thats what I do when I get a filling. I can barely taste it though!! LOL!
