actually, i have to laugh. i've been re-reading old entries from back when i lived and worked in philthydelphia as one most excellent salamander put it...
manoman. i hated working at that dang job. or rather. now that i remember. i really didn't like my coworkers who were, and probably still are, back stabbing son's of bitches. they truly sucked the life out of me...
now?
i'm working at a career that took blood, sweat, and tons of tears to get to. and still, there are son's of bitches around. lazy and stupid. YET... i get through my day, do the job, try to go above and beyond, because my patients matter to me. so, even though these asswipes are lazy, stupid, busy being the best slacker that they can be, i refuse to let them drag me down. hopefully, someone higher up will make the wise decision to terminate these deadbeats...
...of course, i won't hold my breath.

tomorrow, i pick Mom up and drive us back to the city to attend my nieces graduation from GRAD school. i feel old...
then, drive Mom back upstate and drive back to brooklyn. 4 trips in all. may the force be with my ass. (the ole hammies are sore)

watched the season finales for Fringe and Grey's Anatomy. i love Fringe. as for Grey's Anatomy...i had actually watched the wedding episode a few days ago and it messed me up...i mean, i was just a crumpled crying mess...still not really sure why it resonated so strongly with me. to make myself feel even worse, i googled Radiohead's "True Love Waits" and watched a video of Thom Yorke singing it on youtube. i cried some more.
maybe it's because at some point in my life, i was supposed to be a bride and never got there...
then comes the season finale. just about near killed me. what can i say, i'm a crying fool.
what next?
