not enough sleep again. i need to find a way to block this noise out. this sleep deprivation is killing me and affecting my workouts. all i want to do when i go home is sleep.

had a good run yesterday. the weather was awesome. the new running shirt is worth EVERY PENNY. kept me warm, dry, and it dries pretty quickly too. i think i may need to eat more than i am. had a big bowl of pasta with veggies for lunch. i'm still hungry. i want CHOCOLATE!!!!!!!

today, i get my rowing machine. ;-)

not much else. been having strange dreams again though...
