to you dear Virgo:
There's no doubt about it. You're hot. You're fast and furious whether you're taking care of business or playing games better than anyone else can understand. Cosmic heat turns up the volume on all of your endeavors. There's good news everywhere you go. Maybe you hear what you need to hear. Maybe you're the bolt of revelation that brightens someone else's day. This is one case when just showing up can make all the difference. You see nothing but promise and potential when you look in the mirror. On a day like this, it's hardly surprising that you would come first.

hmmm. not bad! ;-)
~~~
i had no clue i was in the midst of a holiday weekend. wonderful. an extra day to get some much needed sleep and some work done around the apartment.
i'm in need of a decent slice of pizza and maybe a nice cold Corona. no such luck with the pizza here in philly. sorry...but NYC kicks ass when it comes to pizza and bagels.
it's currently 9:29am and i wish i was still snuggled in my bed.
ciao&meow!
    OK, you drew a line in the sand here. Exactly HOW is New York pizza superior? I will grant you that the bulk of pizzerias *anywhere* have inferior pizza, but there are some perfectly good (dare I say "excellent"?) pizzerias right here in our area. Indeed, I challenge you to come up with a better pizza than Chiarro's.
    -Taratellas (Nyack NY)the sauce is so good it'll kill you to heaven
    -Posa Posa (Nanuet NY) their fresca sicilian slice is freakin' heaven
    -Nanuet Hotel Pizza (Nanuet NY)thin and crispy
    -Turiellos (Nyack NY)awesome sicilian slices
    -Pizza Bistro (Nyack NY)
    (and these are only in "upstate ny"
    -forget about the city...you have 5 boroughs worth of pizza shops. and some of the best are on dingy corners in the Bronx!
    i will say Bryn Mawr and Collegeville have great pizza shops, but i haven't found anything in CC.
    i think the secret is that wonderful NYC water they use in the dough...that and the standard traces of city muck for flavor...
    NYC pizza is a full body experience.
    I just realized it's a holiday weekend myself. The tourists are already showing up to get their spot on the sand.
    Come next Tuesday I'll be out scanning for the things they left behind.
    well, i hope you find something good. sometimes when i lose something like a ring or necklace, i say to myself, "franny, someone else is taking good care of it now". it feels like a friday today. unfortunately, it's not.
