i'll be running my first 15 miler tomorrow. i'll be using today as a rest day! yesterday, in place of a 4 mile run, i spent 1 hr on the spinning bike. worked up an amazingly disgusting sweat. my legs feel purty darned great though, despite doing hills (two-legged and pedaling with one leg...killers!)

first week doing the old shift again and it's been freakin' stressing and hellish. i absolutely abhor that i've been MADE TO do what should have been someone else's responsibility. it doesn't help that every reason i've been given as to why i'm still required to do what i'm doing is total trash. bogus lies that are so damned riduculous i don't even bother to point out the holes. it truly sucks, though, that people are reduced to feeding me bullshit. i sure feel like a valuable employee!

i have to get serious about finding another job. 5 years. i've been here 5 years and most of the time, it has sucked. and in order for it to get better, i'm required to:
-not care
-kiss ass
-eat sh*t
-be numb and dumb.

-one red delicious apple
-a bowl of cheerios with raisins and whole milk!
-one cup of water
-2 slices of homemade peach bread (courtesy of PA Dutch)

tonight i'll stirfry some veggies and make some white rice.
