weeks to go. missed 3 days of training (sick) then ran a 20-miler (not a smart thing to do). the course i ran was way too freakin' hilly. my knees were popping and my right foot was on fire.
note to self:
NO MORE HILL TRAINING...stick to the flatter courses and for God's sake, eat something 30min - 1 hour before you go off running that type of distance.
yesterday, legs were hurting but i iced and massaged. ran a 4 miler and am still a little sore but better. when in doubt, go shopping after doing long runs... the walking loosens the legs up.

gorgeous weather we're having here. the cool mornings feel great. not much else to write...too focused on other things.
