am getting through the to do list. and chilling right now listening to the reunion compilation. and writing this. finally finished the Fifth Mountain by Paulo Coehlo. didn't like it. maybe that's why it took me so long to finish.
currently reading Updike's Witches of Eastwick. sure i saw the movie, but the book is always different. you know that! just caught the trailer for New Moon...yah! looks good, looks good, better freakin' clothes...and special effects. of course, mr. Pattinson is totally like hot. (fanning myself...)
anyhow. what the hell am i doing in here writing this on such a gorgeous day?
it is a gift. because there is always sobering news just around the corner, doctors killed, planes missing, death and destruction etc. etc.
stuff i can only acknowledge and send little prayers for upstairs. what i can do, is not take such a beautiful day for granted...the gorgeous greenery, the smiling fat flowers, the wagging dog tails... it could be the last one i get, right?
