thaw out the muddy icicles hanging off my heart,
help that little soul off to the clouds, peek through the mini blinds,
peck me on the cheek...
i need that burst of happy, i need to breathe it in,
i'll hold it's silly little tail, i'll be the pink pinwheel...
unhook the weight of grey days from every single joint,
pin up the light and bouncy, secure it with sweet joy...
melt the fear and sorrow, off the fragile brows,
place at each corner of the room a vase with lovely flowers.
