mom came to visit last weekend. she couldn't stay long since she's allergic to cats. :-( That supremely sucks.

she made a pot of arroz con gandules. :-) i miss her cooking. i do have a tupperware full of rice in the fridge. so i have a little bit of home every night on my dinner plate. she also brought a box of cannolis. yep. they're ALL gone. noone believes me, but i can put my share of food away.

didn't go to work today. i felt off. slept most of the time. got up, ate, hit the sack again. never underestimate the power of a nap and the comfort and joy that a good fluffy pair of clean sweat socks can give you.
i guess i'll go in tomorrow. i've got to get some gym time in. i feel though, that i'm on the verge of burning out... seriously thinking about letting the part time job go.

still haven't managed to go catch a flick and now Dodge Ball is gone and the local theatre is running fahrenhiet 9/11 2 times. the hell with michael moore. left or right...it's all f*cken propaganda to me now. heck, i may just vote for myself.~~~

time to go sleepy-sleepy, only now, i'm wide awake. i'll go have a bowl of cereal...
