the bots continue to plague me. ah well, so the hell what.
work was interesting this week. am getting the hang of things. will be running another race next week and then there are 2 more left. the last one should be fun...the course will be closer to home so i won't have to drive into manhattan. parking, of course, will be hell. it's been pretty tame weatherwise, temps in the 50's is kind of wierd. i think it should be a little colder. next week is thanksgiving and hopefully, i'll get to spend it with my family this time. it'll be really nice. it's that time of year...my christmas cactus has over 30 buds. i can't wait until they open. i love this plant. my aloe seems to be holding out, although it is alot smaller than when i had it in PA. the basement apt. really did a number on it. hopefully, i can get it back and it'll grow larger. my african violet has doubled in size. it almost looks as if i planted 2 different plants in the same pot. no flowers though. the shamrock plant is holding out as well and even bloomed once. i love those little delicate while flowers. i would like to get a jade plant as well. the room i have the plants in gets lots of sun and is nice and dry.

my bro will be traveling for the first time to Europe. i am totally and completely jealous.
