A pox upon Google.
Fri May 21 2010

I went to Google just now to look something up. I was greated with their banner-of-the-day honoring the 30th anniversay of Pacman. The page was taking forever to load, and I realized that the banner was actually an interactive, real game of Pacman. So of course, I played a game.

Afterwards I couldn't remember what it was I had wanted to look up. Getting older sucks. Not only do I remember well the advent of Pacman, but I can't remember what it was I wanted to do three minutes ago.

Join the club. I got all the way to the basement the other day and forgot what I went for *rolls eyes*

RYC: She ran liver panels on Tuesday and again Wednesday. She'll run another on Tuesday when he goes back or sooner if he takes a nose dive. It's my understanding that the next two weeks are going to be the critical period. Poor little guy. It's been really rough on him.

My mother's boyfriend had Pong, way before Pacman. It was a fancy game that allowed up to four players, and even had single player mode. His son and I must have watched that little white blip fly back and forth between our "paddles" across his HUGE (heheh) 26" console TV a million miles worth.
