Salamander
Fire Walking

My first good laugh in a while.
Tue Sep 03 2002

When NASA first started sending up astronauts, they quickly discovered that ballpoint pens would not work in zero gravity. To combat the problem, NASA scientists spent a decade and $12 billion to develop a pen that writes in zero gravity, upsidedown, underwater, on almost any surface including glass and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to 300C.

The Russians used a pencil.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
At least the Russians don't appear to be in line to make $20 million dollars for sending N'Stink into space. Although it would appear that they don't need the $20 million that badly if they managed to save $12 billion.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Lots to write, but I'm tired. Tomorrow is another day.

    What happens if there's checks to be written in space? The russians will be forced to use cash.
    And speaking of cash, that is a lot of money to go up in space like that. I'd save it and buy myself some guitar lessons.
