Upmarket US restaurant chain McCormick & Schmick's has, according to this story, settled a lawsuit by a woman who claimed she suffered severe physical and emotional distress when she found a rolled-up condom in her soup, on the day the trial was due to begin. The settlement terms are confidential.

I would have paid money to watch you make it up the exit incline. My driveway is like that and while getting up it in bad weather is not too bad, getting back down without ramming the garage door tends to be to be a bit tricky.
As to the condom soup, I think I will stick with split pea, thanks.
