Yes, I went to the Grand Hallows Ball at Borders to pick up my copy. No, I am not a Pott-head. I knew only two of the answers to the trivia contest, and did not go dressed as my favorite character. But it was a once-in-lifetime fun time, and I'm glad I experienced it.
I now intend to read myself to sleep.

I walked up the road (through the rain, uphill both ways... well, it *was* raining) to a little local bookshop, where the queue was... non-existent. Full marks for convenience, but zero for atmosphere.
