Thanks to the Administrators of Dear Diary.

Anybody who isn't familiar with Steve and Matt, Dear Diary's founders:

These are two guys who are in it for the love of it. They have "day jobs". They don't get rich on this. (They don't even break even on this site.) It is aggravation, it is work, it is thankless, it is aggravating. Yet they've poured their hearts into this place.

For me, Dear Diary has (with a few unfortunate exceptions) been a wonderful refuge to find friends and exchange ideas and stories. I've missed it. It's good to be back.

    Great to see you back! (did you see how I used the old exclamation mark? I use those only for special occassions) Spent the entire afternoon and evening catching up on the entries I missed since you've been on private. (I'm a slow reader, what can I say?)
    Hope you enjoy Spiderman. I want to see that one myself. If I do, it will be the first movie I've seen in a theatre in nearly 2 years. Star Wars is next.
