To Sezrah: On Fellowship of the Ring
Mon Feb 18 2002

I don't know if you've seen the movie or not. I can easily see how they missed it. What you see is a far-away line of dust at the upper-right hand corner of the screen, which is as far away from the action as it's possible to be. In addition, there's a chimney with smoke in that section of the screen, and you'd have to look closely to realize that this wasn't just chimney smoke itself. I'd never noticed it at all if I didn't hang around the no-life fanboy sites where someone had posted about it. As it was, I'd seen the movie two times before and hadn't noticed it; my friend the Texan Elf and I watch the movie together and helped each other spot it.

MWUFFLTHBH swears it's a black rider on a far distant road in the background. Who knows ... he could be right.

Warm peanut butter on toast is very nice. I'm not sure about the wine part, though. Milk is a much better drink for that sort of thing. Have a good sleep.

Hello Salamander! Hey, my son D swore to me that he saw a red mustang sitting in the tropical forest on Gilligan's Island. Ever since then we've tried to spot it again but haven't been able to. Seems like there was something else...oh, I love peanut butter but have yet to try it with a glass of wine. :), maybe I'll have to do that one day.

    Take care,
    Star

    OK, new name for KfH....
    Catamount to Catastrophe (CtC)?
    Devil Cat (DC)?
    Accident Waiting to Happen (AWtH)?

I have it easier, my Danes alter egos are:
Male - Druulzalaht (Drools a Lot, just looks more cool spelled that way.)
Female - Her Royal Hind Ass

I've got one! It's what I'm going to name my next cat when "Howdya like a bowl of chowda, Howda?" passes away-

b.k. for "Bad Kitty!" Then you can call it bad kitty in a high voice and it will come running, will make you laugh inside everytime....

    take care!

How about CfH, Cat from Hell?
Re my son & smoking---he smoked a bit as a teenager about 3 years ago socially then quit cause I ragged him. So, it is an old habit he picked up again. When he was here for Christmas he didn't smoke. I did mention that girls don't like kissing ashtrays, so I have been working that angle too, trust me ;)

    hi salamander,
    thanks for that
i've only seen the movie once so would never have noticed it even if i'd been told about it
i'm guessing there are people out there who have nothing better to do with their time than watch movies over and over and over and over again searching for errors ;)
having said that, i sorely need to go see that movie a few more times to capture it properly

If you find the bandaid or ointment that will cure it pass some around.

    Wine and peanutbutter?

All this time I've been drinking beer with my PB on toast.

Peanut butter toast and hot chocolate...hmmm that was Grandma's comfort food. I think of her each time I treat myself to it...yummers.

I'm not very imaginative when it comes to names... I think I'll sit back and see what everyone else comes up with.

This is probably the most tasteful diary layout I've seen. And very wonderfully written. Sweet ass.
