We're talking a severe case of hero worship here. I nearly froze up; didn't know what to say. I needed to schedule her to come to our company. We want to get her input on ways to improve how we handle the animals that come through here. She has single-handedly changed the way that we look at animal behavior, and has been one of the biggest movers and shakers of humane animal handling this world has ever known.

And she's coming here! To see me!
